Red potatoes cut up small, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, microwave for 8 minutes = happy happy driver lol

Petra: I am a 41-year old married woman. Originally I'm from The Netherlands but since 2001 I live in the USA. We have 1 crazy dog and after driving a semi throughout the USA for 6 years, we decided it was time for a 'normal' life so we came off the road. In 2012 I started the Cooking On The Truck group on Facebook but since you can't organize much in there I started this blog for back up where people can look things up easier; at least that is the purpose! ♥ Petra
