Slow Cooker: Ranch Chicken and Cauliflower Casserole

Recipe: bag frozen cauliflower, 2/3 bag of cooked cubed chicken, fat free ranch, 2 T minced garlic (in jar), 1 T minced onion (dehydrated), 2 cups cheese - separated (I used half mozzarella half cheddar all 2% milk), bacon pieces. Dump all ingredients in the crockpot except 1/2 cup of the cheese and the bacon bits. 4 hours on low, stirring a few times throughout. Dump the bacon and cheese on top and cook for another half hour or so. Yummy!
