Tonight I basically cooked 2 different dinners. I can't eat many carbs so I grilled a chicken breast for myself. Hubby doesn't like chicken any way other than fried but was willing to try something different, so I made him chicken spaghetti.
Recipe:
2-3 chicken breasts boiled in chicken broth in crockpot , when they are done add a can of cream of chicken soup and a can of cream of mushroom soup. Heat till the soups are boiling and starting to thicken, then add spaghetti (or whatever pasta you have) I had fettuccine. Cook 30-45 minutes till pasta is done. Put on serving plate add grated cheese and enjoy.
