Slow Cooker & Skillet: Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff
1/2 pound beef stew meat
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1jar mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups hot Noddles or rice

Directions
In a 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 quart crock pot mix beef onion soup mushrooms and pepper cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until meat is tender stir in sour cream and serve on Noddles or rice. It was awesome.


The noodles were made in the skillet.
