Burton Lunchbox: Sirloin Steak with Sweet Potato and Kale

Sweet potato noodles & kale

1 c sweet potato cut into noodles 

2 handfuls of chopped kale 

1/2 can of fire roasted tomatoes 

2 cloves garlic sliced

Red pepper flakes to taste

Place all ingredients in box oven & cook until kale barely starts to wilt. Enjoy.
