I have a pork roast going in the crock pot to make carnitas with.
1 pork butt roast
10 cloves of garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 jar Salsa Verde
Olive Oil

Poke holes in the roast with a sharp knife. Put 1 clove in each hole, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, put into crock pot and cover with salsa. Cook on low until shreddable with fork. Serve on tortillas with choice of toppings!
