Asian chicken wings and Smokey and the Bandit for dinner tonight.. :0p (rice was from Chinese place we were parked by. Lol)
2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Lightly Brown wings on both sides.
Stir soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic,ginger and onions in a bowl.
Pour soy sauce mixture over chicken and slow cook for 3-5 hours. Was VERY good!
This can be made in the Burton stove also..
