Last night's dinner was a feta stuffed hamburger and egg noodles with cream of mushroom soup, kalamata olives and garlic.
Low fat hamburger
Feta cheese- I like tomato basil
Kalamata olives
Minced garlic
Egg noodles
Cream of mushroom soup
Monteral steak seasoning

Mix the hamburger with the feta, garlic, kalamata olives and Monteral steak seasoning. Form into patties and cook.
Cook the eggs noodles as per package. Drain. Mix in soup and olives. I was going to add sautéed mushrooms but mine ended up being moldy. I used a little of the olive juice to thin out the soup. You can use milk. I put my noodles in the crock in a crock pot bag to stay warm while I cooked the patties. On my burger I put more feta on top. Serve and chow!!
