Skillet: Brisket with Mini Peppers and Tomatoes

From the Trucker Gourmet : Add veggies tomatoes olive oil Italian seasoning; HEAT till saucy ish; note the mini peppers. I haven't seen them since I left the kitchen. Then toss in the brisket till warm. Don't want it to cook anymore, just heat. Top with parmesan cheese.
