Tonight's dinner was white chicken chili. Cooked in the crock pot. Really easy to make. 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 15oz can of great northern beans, 1 15oz can of navy beans. 1 15oz can of corn. Small can of green chilies. Can of chicken stock. Cream of chicken soup. Taco season packet. Put the chicken in the pot, cover with beans and corn. Mix taco seasoning green chilies, soup, and stock in bowl and add to pot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Then eat. That made five 1 1/2 cup servings.
