All beef tri-fecta dogs..tools used greenie skillet can also use a grill or the nu wave oven..
sandy said in the comments there is cheese in the middle of the hot dogs. You make a flat 'sheet' of ground beef and roll the hot dog inside it making a log. Wrap that in bacon and cook it the way you like. You can put it in the oven, grill, deep fry. Enjoy!
Aren't we supposed to be eating healthy out here on the road? There's enough fat and calories in that to last a week, lol. But it sure looks good, might just try it, at home. Might be kinda hard to make in the truck, even though I do cook in here, just not the room to be making a lot of fancy stuff. :)
